What happens after I apply?
Your answers and documents are reviewed, and you move through the steps shown on your application. You can see exactly which step you are on at any time in the portal.
Does a computer decide?
No. AI helps the team read applications and drafts suggested marks, but a person reviews and approves every one, and a person makes the decision.
How long does it take?
It depends on the role and how many people applied. Your application page always shows the current step, so it is worth checking there first.
Can I change my answers after sending?
Not from the portal, because the team may already have reviewed them. Report it below and we will sort it out.
Report a problem or request a feature
Something not working, not making sense, or missing? Tell us and a person will read it.
