Human Resources Intern

kuemue is a fast-growing foodtech startup building compact, user-friendly tools that help home bakers and small food businesses produce more, faster: from dough dispensers to customisable moulds. We design practical, real-world innovations that empower creators and foodpreneurs.

What this intern actually does day to day, and what real ownership looks like in this role. You won't fetch coffee. You'll ship work that leaves a visible dent in how kuemue runs.

• Support recruitment - screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
• Help run smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Keep employee records, contracts, and HR documents accurate and organised.
• Support day-to-day office admin - supplies, vendors, filing, correspondence.
• Help track licences, renewals, and document deadlines.
• Pitch in on training coordination and employee engagement activities.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or a related field.
• Organised, detail-minded, and genuinely interested in people and process.
• Clear communicator who can work independently and in a small team.
• Discreet with confidential information.
• Eager to learn fast in a startup that moves quickly.
