Business / Sales Intern

The Role

What this intern actually does day to day, and what real ownership looks like in this role. You won't fetch coffee. You'll ship work that leaves a visible dent in how kuemue runs.

Sales Support & Operations

• Assist the sales team with daily sales activities, order processing, and documentation
• Help prepare quotations, invoices, and basic sales reports
• Support coordination of orders from agents, resellers, and customers
• Liaise with internal teams (logistics, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth fulfillment

Customer Engagement

• Assist in handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and platforms
• Follow up on leads, orders, and customer requests
• Support reseller and agent communication

Data & System Support

• Update customer and sales records in CRM / spreadsheets
• Help track sales performance, leads, and order status
• Maintain organized digital records and files

Campaign & Team Support

• Assist with sales campaigns, promotions, and agent programs
• Support live sales events, exhibitions, or demos when required
• Contribute ideas to improve sales workflow and customer experience

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree student in Business, Management, or related fields
